Your Senior Session is for your Senior only. There will be a $25.00 fee for each added individual to your session.
Sessions are available at a single location of your choice in the following area's: Lee, Charlotte, and Hendry County.
A $75.00 traveling fee will be added to travel to Collier County Fort Myers Beach and surrounding area to include but not limited to Lovers Key, Bonita Beach and Sanibel. Other traveling fees may apply based on mileage.
Sessions will last no less than 1 hour and no more than 2 hours in order to capture your Seniors personality and story.
The best images from your session will be narrowed down to the top best images and presented to you in person within two weeks of your session date. At the in person session, you will be able to choose your top favorite images and the best collection that suits the needs of your family. Collections are created by you. All payments are due at this time.
Method of payments: Florida law requires 6.5% sales tax on all photography services and products. Cash, Checks, Credit Cards and Venmo are accepted. There will be a $25.00 return check fee on any check that does not clear the bank. A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to all CREDIT CARD purchases.
A. Session Fees
Client agrees to pay photographer the following;
Non-refundable Retainer of $150.00 at the time of your session. Your retainer fee is applied to your purchase.

Client agrees to the following delivery timeline
Complete editing time takes up to 3 weeks but may be completed sooner. You will be notified as soon as your photos are ready for pick up.
All prints are delivered to and inspected by Focus on You Photography. Clients will be notified when prints are available for pick up by the client.
C. Prints & digital images: Any purchased digital images will be uploaded to your online gallery and an invitation to view and download will be sent to your e-mail address. Clients will download their purchased images from the session in an online gallery, Your online gallery will be active for 30 days. Once your online gallery expires there is a fee of $50 to retrieve them out of archive and reload the gallery. Photographer is not liable for print quality, cropping or coloring of any photos not printed directly through my professional lab. Photo quality is only guaranteed for portraits purchased directly through me and my lab. Please note, that there are significant differences between a professional print lab and consumer labs.
D. Archive: After three (3) months, all images will be purged from photographer’s hard-drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by photographer at photographer’s sole discretion. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control. Client is responsible for downloading, backing up and saving images after they have been delivered.
E. Damage: Photographer is not responsible for the damage of portraits after delivery to client, including damage caused during transit by US mail. Client assumes all responsibility for the safety of all portraits upon receipt.
F. Model Release: I hereby give to Focus on You Photography, INC the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that he/she has taken of myself and/or my minor child in which he/she may be included with others:
a) To copyright the same in the photographer’s name or any other name that he/she may select;
b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and;
I hereby release and discharge photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.
G. Liability: Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their senior and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business. Client and members of Client’s party assume all risks associated with potential COVID-19 transmission or exposure in relation to the photography services being provided and accept sole responsibility for an illness, injury, damages, claims or expense arising therefrom. Based upon the scope of the social distancing restrictions in place at the time of the photography services, certain aspects of the photographer/client interaction may be altered by necessity. Client and members of Client’s party explicitly agree and understand that failure to adhere to social distancing measures places them at increased risk of COVID-19 exposure or transmission. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Waivers contained in this agreement shall not be interpreted to prohibit actions or claims against persons who knowingly participate in the photography services while exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms or who knowingly participate while having an active COVID-19 infection. No persons who are ill, showings signs of illness or have been ill within 10 days will be permitted. This is for safety and well being of all of my clients.
H. Copyright & Penalty: Focus on You Photography, INC retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A limited print release will be with digital files to print portraits for personal use up to designated size listed on print release. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Focus on You Photography, INC during client’s photo session. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, or hard copy images. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file. No images may be shared on line or in any similar medium without my watermark clearly visible.
I. Session Requests: Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that client arrives 10 minutes prior to the start of session. This allows for any last-minute makeup retouching, and hair fixing before session begins.
J. Editing: Portraits will be edited in my standard style and according to my artistic vision. Special editing requests outside of my control will be charged for at my standard rate; ie. skin discolorations, wrinkles, tan lines, items in pockets, scars, moles, hair or clothing out of place.
By scheduling your senior session with Focus on You Photography and paying your session fee, you are agreeing to these terms.
